About the Role

Due to significant growth, we have an opportunity for an exceptional Level 1-2 Helpdesk Desk Technician to join our growing team across all facets of our business. In this role you will perform tasks in conjunction with our support process to our clients. As we pride ourselves on our professionalism and expertise in providing end to end solutions for our clients, the successful applicant will need to be hard working, have a willingness to learn and have the ability to think on the go in a problem solving capacity. Digital Accord is uniquely poised within the market for rapid growth and the successful applicant will have the ability to be able to service various clients on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To:

  • Troubleshoot and remedy general IT issues including (Servers, Workstations, General Business Programs, Networking Equipment and VOIP Phone Systems)
  • Monitor and Maintain Digital Accord’s Service Level Agreement to our existing and new clients
  • Updating and Monitoring existing infrastructure and working within clients requirements where applicable.
  • Provide first class customer service to our clients, business partners and distributors.
  • Maintain our company values when engaging with clients, fellow team members, suppliers and the management team.
  • Contribute and maintain a constantly growing knowledge base system for future incident management for clients and fellow team members to utilise.

Any previous experience or exposure to the below, would be advantageous and highly regarded skills:

  • Microsoft Server 2016, 2019 – Including Hyper-V and RDS
  • Basic networking systems (TCP, DNS, WAN, VLAN, VPN, basic switching technologies)
  • Monitoring/Backup solutions
  • Office 365 – Managing and Understanding Tenants
  • Windows 10
  • Level 1 Microsoft Server Service Management Experience (Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, IIS, etc.)
